The gluten free diet is NOT a fad diet. The Standard American Diet is making us all sick and tired. Literally. And fat. Don’t forget fat. For years they lied to us. They told us to avoid fat in our diet. That is what’s making us fat, they said. Turns out they were wrong, and fat is actually good for us, and it is sugar that is making us fat. And sick. And tired.

There are different diets you can go on depending on the state of your health. The straight “gluten free” diet is still full of carbohydrates which, as you probably know by now, turns into sugar, which is stored as fat.
