You can also blend and freeze with a little stevia. Consume no more than 2 cups if you need to lose weight.
Avocado is a super fruit as it has a lot of nutrients. They’re a great source of healthy fats, and contain vitamins C, K and B6 in addition to pantothenic acid, folate, riboflavin, niacin, and potassium.
